Our Mission is to support and contribute to the Liberty Medical Center, to assure the availability of quality health care services on the Hi-Line

Liberty Medical Center is a 25 bed, full care facility that is Medicare and Medicaid approved. It provides a variety of health care services to Liberty County and the surrounding area including emergency care, acute care rooms and long-term care.

Liberty Medical Center offers long term care with skilled nursing facility providing skilled or intermediate care for short or long term stays. The facility is Medicare and Medicaid approved and is staffed 24 hours a day by licensed nurses. The residents have access to our physical therapy department located in the facility. The dietary department provides regular or special diets to meet the needs of the residents. A registered dietitian is available for consultation once a month. Activities that promote quality of life are provided for residents 7 days a week by a staff of activity professionals. The skilled nursing facility offers a safe environment, controlled climate, and friendly atmosphere.
