   Wheat Country Estate is a 16 bed facility where care services are provided 24 hours a day in accordance with the individual needs of the residents. Assistance with personal care includes supervision in self-medication and similar routine activities of daily living. Three meals and snacks are provided daily along with housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services. Activities are also organized by the facility staff, depending upon the inclinations and interests of the residents. Specific criteria must be met for residency.
